EngagedMD is recognized by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as SOC II Type II certified. This certification demonstrates our commitment to stringent data security and availability controls. 

EngagedMD participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. This covers the EU, Switzerland, and, by extension, the UK. The Framework provides safeguards for the data of residents in applicable countries, to be processed by companies in the US. This Framework ensures a data protection equivalency between that of participating US companies and the data regulations of EU countries. It gives certain rights to residents in the applicable countries, such as the right to obtain access to their personal data.
